My Supplement Cabinet

Currently, here’s what is in my medicine cabinet (Notice, no prescription medications):

  • Fish Oil – 15 grams daily
  • Green Tea Extract – 250mg three times daily
  • Multivitamin
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin B Complex
  • Vitamin D 2,000 units – 4-8,000 units daily
  • Creatine Monohydrate – 5 grams daily
  • Beta Alanine
  • Whey Isolate Protein
  • Magnesium Citrate
  • Melatonin – 5mg
  • Rhodiola rosea – as needed
