- Fish Oil – 15 grams daily
- Green Tea Extract – 250mg three times daily
- Multivitamin
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin B Complex
- Vitamin D 2,000 units – 4-8,000 units daily
- Creatine Monohydrate – 5 grams daily
- Beta Alanine
- Whey Isolate Protein
- Magnesium Citrate
- Melatonin – 5mg
- Rhodiola rosea – as needed
