Nutrition
But first, let us be very specific. We are NOT dieticians. We don't write meal plans. We can't "cure" your disease. What we do do is coach you on learning the skills to help you eat healthier. We talk about the what and the why, but we really focus on the how. Eating healthy is really no different than learning to play golf or the piano. It just takes an understanding of the skills needed, some daily practice, and a good coach to motivate you along the way.
Don't believe us? Try this. Here are a list of foods: apple, french fries, lean chicken breast, pizza, cookies, cake, a salad. Now circle the "healthy" foods. See, you already know what to eat.
